These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of HoeStoryHub.com and its associated services, features, and products, including our WhatsApp Group (collectively, the “Services” or “Platform”). CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Profile Images: Your profile images must accurately represent you. Uploading internet-sourced, AI-generated, celebrity, or third-party images is strictly prohibited. We may require additional unedited, non-professional photos for verification purposes to confirm your identity and authenticity.
  • Accuracy: All profiles must include accurate, honest, and up-to-date personal information. Uploaded images must be recent, unedited, and clearly identifiable, accurately reflecting your current appearance. While users may cover their faces for privacy, this does not permit the use of fake, stolen, or misleading images. Any attempt to deceive through altered or third-party photos is a serious violation and may result in immediate suspension or removal of the profile.
  • Photo Restrictions: We reserve the right to reject or remove any photo that contains logos, watermarks, website URLs, or promotional text, displays personal phone numbers, email addresses, or identifiable contact details, depicts nudity in a vulgar, non-professional, or indecent manner, includes violent, offensive, threatening, discriminatory, or illegal activity, is rotated, stretched, filtered excessively, collaged, or reused from external platforms, features other individuals without their explicit consent.
  • Username Restrictions: Usernames that are offensive, misleading, impersonate others, or contain administrative or authoritative terms (e.g., “Admin,” “Moderator,” “Support,” “Official”) are prohibited and will be changed or removed.

SPAMMING AND ABUSE

  • Spam Policy: Sending unsolicited, bulk, repetitive, or irrelevant messages to users is strictly forbidden. This includes promotional messages, phishing attempts, referral spam, or unsolicited offers. We evaluate spam based on user complaints, message frequency, content patterns, and other abuse signals. Accounts found engaging in spam behavior may be suspended or permanently banned without prior notice.
  • Violent or Abusive Conduct: Users must not engage in, promote, threaten, or incite any form of violence, harassment, intimidation, stalking, or abuse—whether verbal, written, visual, or implied. This includes threats of physical harm, emotional manipulation, targeted harassment, blackmail, or any conduct intended to cause fear or distress. Violations will result in immediate disciplinary action and may be reported to law enforcement where applicable.

CHILD PORNOGRAPHY / CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material)

  • Sensitive Data: Sharing sensitive personal or financial information (e.g., bank details, government IDs) with other users is strongly discouraged and may result in content removal or account suspension if abused.
  • Financial Transactions: Any transactions conducted outside the Platform are at your own risk. HoeStoryHub does not mediate, guarantee, or assume liability for external financial exchanges, disputes, or losses.
  • Message Privacy: Private messages are treated as confidential, but we reserve the right to review message content if we suspect misuse, illegal activity, or a breach of these Terms. Any disclosures during such reviews will comply with applicable laws and may be shared with law enforcement authorities as required.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

  • Service Interruptions: The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, server issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned interruptions, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
  • Modification Rights: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or its services at any time, with or without prior notice. This includes changes to features, pricing, terms, or availability of content. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modifications.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

  • Temporary Suspension: Violations of these Terms may result in temporary suspension of your account. During suspension, access to certain features or the entire Platform may be restricted. Suspension length will vary depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
  • Permanent Suspension: Severe, repeated, or high-risk violations may lead to permanent account suspension. To rejoin the Platform after permanent suspension, a new account creation fee may apply and approval is not guaranteed.
  • Scam Watch Policy: Accounts suspended due to fraudulent behavior, scamming, impersonation, or high-risk conduct may be listed publicly on our Scam Watch page to protect other users. Users may appeal their suspension or request profile removal by submitting a request through the Scam Watch appeal system, subject to review and verification.
  • Account Deletion Requests: Users may request deletion of their account at any time by submitting a request through the Privacy Policy page or by contacting support@hoestoryhub.com. Once processed, account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
  • Data Retention: In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we may retain identity verification data, financial transaction history, and communication logs for legal, fraud prevention, and operational reasons, even after account deletion.
  • No Refund Policy: Payments made for services, features, or promotions are non-refundable. Users who are suspended or terminated due to violations of these Terms forfeit any remaining account balance, subscriptions, or paid services without refund.
  • Cooperation with Authorities: We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies and reserve the right to disclose user data, activity logs, IP addresses, transaction records, or other relevant information in cases involving illegal activity, suspected fraud, abuse, or national security concerns.

BILLING AND REFUNDS

  • Finality of Transactions: All financial transactions made on the Platform are considered final and non-reversible once completed, unless otherwise determined by HoeStoryHub in its sole discretion. Users are responsible for reviewing purchase details carefully before confirming payment.
  • Refund Conditions: Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of HoeStoryHub and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will only be considered in cases of technical failure, billing errors, or duplicate charges, and must be requested within 7 days of the transaction. All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used. We do not offer refunds for changes of mind, dissatisfaction with services, or violations of our Terms of Service.

INDEMNIFICATION

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HoeStoryHub, its owners, management, employees, affiliates, and authorized representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, or legal fees (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable laws
  • Any content you post, share, or transmit through the Platform
  • Third-party claims related to your conduct, communications, or transactions on or through the Platform

You agree to provide full cooperation in the defense of any such claim, and we reserve the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification at your expense.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

HoeStoryHub operates solely as an online escort directory and content platform where independent individuals and agencies may advertise their services. We do not offer escort services ourselves, act as an intermediary, or arrange personal meetings between users.

By using the Platform, you expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts (or relevant local courts) in resolving any disputes arising from your use of the Platform.
  • Validity: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted in a way that most closely reflects its original intent, while the remaining Terms shall remain valid and enforceable in full effect.

HoeStoryHub reserves the right to update these Terms. Users will receive advance notice (minimum 30 days) of significant changes via email or Platform notifications.
