Who We Are and What We Do

Welcome to HoeStoryHub.com! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of HoeStoryHub.com and related services, features, and products, including the WhatsApp Group (collectively referred to as the “Services” or “Platform”). Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Platform. In jurisdictions where the age of majority is higher than 18, you must meet that legal age requirement. By using the Platform, you confirm that you:

  • Voluntary Use: Use the Platform of your own free will.
  • Compliance: Will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, and international laws.

 

General Conduct

  • Prohibited Use: Do not use the Platform for illegal or prohibited purposes.
  • Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts is not allowed unless explicitly permitted.
  • Impersonation: Do not impersonate individuals in a manner intended to mislead, confuse, or deceive others.
  • Malware: Do not upload viruses, malware, or malicious code.
  • Disruption: Do not interfere with or disrupt other users’ experiences.
  • Unlawful Use: Do not use the Platform for fraudulent or financially deceptive activities.
  • Compliance: Do not encourage or promote activities that violate these Terms.

 

Content Requirements

  • Profile Images: Main profile pictures must depict you and not be sourced from the internet or third-party platforms.
  • Authenticity: Use accurate profile information and real pictures. Fake, downloaded, or advertising images are prohibited and may lead to suspension. If you cannot upload a picture with your face, ensure the body in the picture is yours.
  • Dick Pictures: Posting dick pictures is prohibited anywhere on the platform. Violations may result in suspension.
  • Graphic Content: Do not post content containing graphic violence, threats, hate speech, or incitement to violence.
  • Child Protection: Content promoting child pornography or any form of child sexual exploitation will lead to immediate and permanent suspension.
  • Prohibited Names: Account names containing offensive, misleading, or restricted terms (e.g., “Admin,” “Support,” or variations) will be deleted.
  • Porn Images: Explicit content must comply with guidelines, but main profile images cannot be pornographic.

 

Spamming and Abuse

  • Spam Prevention: Do not send messages to a large number of users within a short time frame. Spam includes bulk or aggressive messaging and attempts to disrupt user experiences.
  • Factors Considered: Spamming is determined by factors such as a high number of complaints or creating fake accounts.
  • Violence and Abuse: Do not engage in abusive behavior, harassment, or blackmail, or incite others to do so.

 

Account, Security and Verification

  • Account Activity: User accounts must remain active, with a minimum login every 6 months to avoid removal.
  • Activation: New accounts that are disabled by default or not activated within 7 days of registration may be deleted.
  • Credentials: Safeguard your account credentials and be liable for activities conducted through your account.
  • Confirmation Steps: Upon account creation, we will send an email verification. Users who fail to verify within 3 days will be removed. We may also require phone verification or contact for activation within 7 days.
  • Unverified Accounts: Accounts not verified within the specified timeframe may be permanently removed.
  • Compromised Accounts: If your account is compromised, contact support@hoestoryhub.com immediately.

 

Service Availability

  • Access Interruptions: Access may be interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services at any time without notice.

 

Account Suspension and Termination

  • Verification Requests: We may ask users to verify account ownership.
  • Content Removal: We may remove content found to be in violation of our policies.
  • Temporary Suspension: Accounts may be temporarily suspended based on a violation of our terms of service. Once we suspend an account, we typically add an unban date. Temporarily suspended accounts have to wait till their unban date to continue using our platform.
  • Permanent Suspension: Accounts may be permanently suspended based on a violation of our terms of service. Once we permanently suspend an account, we typically add a non existent unban date such as 1970 or 3033. Permanent suspensions are final unless a review is made and the suspension is lifted. If your escort account is permanently suspended and you wish to rejoin the platform, a new account creation fee has to be paid before you can be approved back on the platform.
  • Scam Watch Page: Once we suspend an account for Fake Pictures, Scam, Impersonation of fraudulent purposes, we publish their faces on our scam watch page. Users who want to appeal this decision can contact us for review. If you were suspended for Fake Pictures only, you can request a removal of your face & profile from the Scam Watch Page, and the due process including all applicable fines will be communicated to you.
  • Account Deletion: Users can request to delete their account by visiting our PRIVACY POLICY page and then contact support to terminate their account.
  • Data Retention: Business-related data, including verification and payment information, may be retained as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

 

Billing and Refund Policy

  • Transactions: All transactions are final.
  • Refunds: Refunds may be issued at our discretion and processed through the original payment method.

 

Safety and Fair Use

  • Spam Prevention: Sending unsolicited messages or spamming users is prohibited.
  • Mass Messaging: Avoid sending a large number of messages aggressively within a short time.
  • Bots: Do not use bots, crawlers, or unauthorized applications to interact with the Platform.
  • Security Measures: Do not attempt to bypass any content-filtering techniques or security measures.

 

Reporting Violations

  • Contact: To report any content or behavior that violates these Terms, please email support@hoestoryhub.com or use our built-in reporting tools.

 

Governing Law & Legal Notices

  • Legal Matters: Direct legal inquiries to support@hoestoryhub.com with a detailed description.
  • Courts: Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of our local courts.

 

Modifications to Terms

  • Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  • Notice: Significant changes will be communicated via email or Platform notice at least 30 days prior to taking effect.

IMPORTANT!! Please take a minute to check our list of fraudulent ESCORTS & CLIENTS so you know who to avoid. Additionally, we now require ALL CLIENTS to verify their identity before they can access phone numbers of escorts.
